The old Pelayo Gastro-Trinquet trinquet has been revitalized thanks to the designer Carlos Serra, from Mercader de Indias. In the 19th Century, the Pelayo trinquet gathered all the fans of this sport to enjoy a great environment together with the best Valencian gastronomy.
L’Antic Colonial has had its place in the restoration of this historic restaurant, turning the gastronomic lounge into a contemporary ensemble that reflects the Valencian spirit.
Red for furniture, blue for textiles, kitchen and bar and white marble on the bar and floor of the restaurant. White marble with the touch of Persian White from L’Antic Colonial, in this case in a rectangular format that creates dynamism in the room and makes it more captivating.
In the gastronomic establishment we can appreciate a sculpture made by the fallero artist Manolo García, which forms a pilotari hand made with fine wooden slats that represents the essence of the Pelayo trinquet and the Valencian culture.
